How do I take Synbio Tonik?Updated a year ago

Taking Synbio Tonik is super easy, just mix one scoop (included in your JAR) of our pre and probiotic powder with cool water and drink.

Avoid mixing Synbio Tonik with hot beverages or hot food because it can damage the bacteria strains.

If you are going to drink it straight away you can mix Synbio Tonik with either Supergreen Tonik (berry flavor) or Red Tonik.
